How is your objection processed
- You will receive a letter informing you that we have received your objection.
- We will take up your objection. If necessary, we will contact you.
- You must send your objection to us within 6 weeks of the date on the decision. After that, we have 6 weeks to respond to your objection. We will let you know in time if we need more time to decide.
- You will receive a letter with our decision on your objection.
Someone else makes an objection for you
You can ask someone else to make an objection for you. We would then like to receive a written authorization (pdf, 100kb). You must send this authorization along with the objection. Lawyers do not need to provide authorization.
You don't agree with our decision on your objection
If you don't agree with our decision on your objection, you can go to court to appeal. The letter with our decision tells you how to do so.
